oh where do I begin, first off, the price is higher than places nearby, and the room was outdated and dirty, real classy! i expected some kind of upgrade or at least a complimentary snack since I was staying here, but nope, just like the hot water that never arrived, everything was a letdown. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The sports facilities were a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained during our stay. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially with the grandkids around!

An unexpected gem during a crisis! The room was freshly renovated, immaculate, and had a handy kitchenette. When Hurricane Beryl knocked out power, this place shone bright, keeping us safe. Grateful for the superb service and the ability to accommodate my family in a time of need. Can’t wait for the completed renovations!

I encountered several issues during my stay that made it less enjoyable. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, leading to some restless nights. Additionally, the non-smoking room had a lingering smell of smoke, which detracted from the overall environment. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, and the bathtub showed signs of neglect with rust and dirt. The hotel exterior needs repairs, with loose siding and rusty railings that do not create a welcoming sight. The mattress seemed outdated, lacking support, which didn’t help my sleep quality on the two nights I stayed.

The room was newly renovated, and the kitchenette was super handy. Housekeeping was on point and the staff was really friendly. It was great to have a pool available for a dip after a long day.

However, the courtyard could use some cleaning up, and it’s a bummer the breakfast wasn’t included. I would've loved to have some options.

Clean room, friendly staff, tucked away in a convenient location, which made exploring the area easy with just a short drive from Houston-Hobby airport and great amenities like free Wi-Fi and laundry services.

Everything exceeded my hopes.
